Iligan City is known as
City of Majestic Waterfalls. There are twenty three waterfalls located at Iligan. One of them is Tinago Falls, it plunges 240 feet high from a cliff (thank you google haha). Going there by public transportation, ride Buru-un jeep at Marawi Terminal then transfer to a
habal-habal or
rela with 20 pesos per head.
Some of the tour guide told us to write our names in the log book and paid for the life vest that we were going to use (25 pesos). The entrance fee is cheap unlike those swimming pools (
Timoga) at Buru-un. The cottages can be rented 50 to 100 pesos.
It cost 10 pesos to ride the bamboo rafts and 50 pesos for hihila ng lubid. (obviously it's the staff)
It's quite amazing that there are 435 steps to walk down, but it's all worth it. Bring as much food as you want to because
mahal yung mga pagkain benibenta nila and aside from food, bring your cameras (of course!). Proud
